The National Indian Law Library serves the
information needs of the Native American
Rights Fund and the public during
regular business hours (8:30 AM - 5:00
PM, Monday through Friday). Permanent library
staff consists of two full-time research
professionals. The library normally employs
several part-time temporary employees,
volunteers and student interns. Typical
duties include:
- web site maintenance,
- online catalog maintenance,
- research assistance,
- document retrieval, and
- special projects.
Paid part-time
work-study positions -- For
local students at colleges
and universities on the Front Range of
Colorado. There are no positions at this
time.
Volunteers --
For local students and local professionals
who can commit at least 2 hours on a weekly
basis for at least six months. Volunteer

Non-paid
internships -- For local students
at colleges and universities on the Front
Range of Colorado. Please contact the
library at least one month prior to the
next semester if you are interested in
interning. The library takes no more
than two interns/semester. Projects,
duties, and hours are determined by the
student's academic faculty and the National
Indian Law Library Director. Typically
student interns are pursuing degrees
in ethnic studies, law, political science or library science.
