Prosecutors shall receive complaints from members and non-members and shall have the power to file complaints on his or her own authority. It shall be the responsibility of the prosecutor to present cases on behalf of the Tribe to the Tribal Court, but a prosecutor shall present only those cases in which he or she finds, upon investigation, that there is reasonable justification for the complaint.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
