The Tribal Court shall keep a record of proceedings of the court, which record shall reflect the title of the case, the names of the parties, the name of the judge assigned, the substance of the complaint, the date, the nature and appearances at all proceedings, the findings, conclusions, and judgment of the court, together with any other facts or circumstances deemed pertinent to the case.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
