In any case where tribal ordinance authorizes the seizure of any perishable resource or product, the Conservation Department may hold such resource product until the Tribal Court has ruled on its ultimate disposition, or may sell such resource or product if (a) it is not needed as evidence, and (b) it will spoil or lose substantial part of its value if retained until ultimate disposition.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
