(a) "Appellant" means the party filing an appeal. (b) "Court of Appeals" means the Tribe's appellate court as established by Chapter 1.19, Bad River Ordinances. (c) "Respondent" means the party responding to another party's appeal. (d) "Tribal Council" means the tribal council of the Tribe. (e) "Tribal Court" means the trial level court of the Tribe.
