The Clerk of the Tribal Court shall collect the following fees: (a) For filing of the notice of appeal, $25.00. (b) For the preparation of a transcript, $2.50 per page, for the original, to be filed with the Court, and the first copy. Subsequent copies may be ordered for 50 cents per page. (c) The Tribal Court may order the waiver of the fees provided for in this section, upon the filing of a sufficient affidavit of indigency.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
