1.22.030 Definitions
(a) "Clerk of Court" or "Clerk" means the Clerk of Tribal Court.
(b) "Tribal Court" means the court of the Tribe.
(c) "Tribe" means the Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Tribe of Chippewa Indians.
