All civil remedies are available in order to enforce the judgment of the tribal court, including the power of civil contempt. A judgment shall become a lien upon any available property of the defendant located within the Bad River Reservation or within the jurisdiction of the tribal court. When necessary, the tribe may bring suit in any court on the judgment against the defendant or property of the defendant located beyond the jurisdiction of the tribal court.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
