Any perishable property seized pursuant to this subchapter may be sold by an enforcing officer at the highest available price and the proceeds of the sale shall be tendered into tribal court to await such disposition of the proceeds as the tribal court shall direct.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
