This chapter provides minimum rights, obligations, remedies, and procedures. Other rights, obligations, remedies and procedures may be provided by oral or written agreement of parties, or by applicable federal law. Proceedings under this chapter shall not be governed by Chapters 150 - 156 (Evidence) except as provided by Section 1.22.090.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
