Any clergyman, licentiate or appointee named in Section 1.26.080 who is not a resident of Wisconsin may solemnize marriages in this state if he or she possess at the time of the marriage a letter of sponsorship from a clergyman of the same religious denomination or society who has a church in this state under his or her ministry.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
