All marriages hereafter contracted in violation of this chapter shall be void, except as provided in Sections 126.18 and 126.19. The parties to any such marriage may validate the marriage by complying with the requirements of this chapter as follows: (a) At any time, if the marriage is declared void under Sections 126.03 or 126.11. (b) No earlier than 6 months after the divorce judgment is granted, if the marriage is declared void under 126.04(b).Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
