Except as otherwise provided for oral wills (Section 1.32.170) or holographic wills (Section 1.32.160) every will shall be put in writing and signed by the testator, or in the testator's presence and at the testator's direction signed by another person, and shall be signed by at least two persons each of whom either witnessed the signing by the testator of the will or the testator's acknowledgment of the signature and direction to do so.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
