(a) Purpose. The purpose of this code is to provide for a curfew for persons under age 18 within the Bad River Reservation and enforce parental control over and responsibility for persons under age 18. (b) Authority. This code is enacted pursuant to Article VI, Section 1(q) of the Bad River Tribal Constitution. (c) Effective Date. This code shall take effect on the day following the date of approval of this code by the Bad River Tribal Council.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
