10.01.070 Parking Prohibited in Certain Specified Places

(a) No person shall stop or leave any vehicle standing on any Class 1 road within the confines of the Bad River Reservation from November 1, to April 30, except temporarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading, or in receiving or discharging passengers and while the vehicle is attended by a licensed operator so that it may be promptly moved to avoid obstruction of snowplow traffic.

(b) No person shall stop or leave any vehicle standing on any Class 2 road within the confines of the Bad River Reservation for a period longer than 24 hours from November 1, to April 30.
