(a) Any Ticketing Official may issue a citation to any Tribal member or non-member if the Ticketing Official reasonably believes that such person has breached a provision of this Ordinance. (b) Any Ticketing Official may authorize the removal of any vehicle in violation of this ordinance by having the vehicle towed at the owner's expense, including any impound charge.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
