An employee shall not recover compensation for the same injury from more than one party. If the Band pays compensation to an employee it may recover the same from the other employer for whom the employee was working at the time of the injury if such contractor, subcontractor or other employer as defined herein above.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
