In all cases where death of an employee proximately results from the injury, the Band may provide burial expense insurance in which case the Band, through its insurer shall pay the reasonable expense for burial in the amount specified in the policy obtained by the Band.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
