Non-profit organizations chartered under this chapter shall maintain sufficient tort liability insurance commensurate with the risk involving their respective activity and specifically approved by the Tribal Council and shall not allow the insurer to invoke the defense of sovereign immunity up to the limit of such insurance coverage.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
