15.01.090 Ground for Refusing Registration

The Registrar shall refuse registration of a vehicle under the following circumstances:

(a) No registration shall be issued unless the applicant is residing or domicile within the boundaries of the Bad River Reservation;

(b) The required fee has not been paid;

(c) The applicant has failed to furnish the information or documents required by the Bad River Band pursuant to this ordinance;

(d) Because certificate of title is a prerequisite to registration of the vehicle and the applicant does not hold a valid certificate of title and is not entitled to the issuance of a certificate of title, because of court order or death;
