15.01.240 Transfer of Registration Plates
Registration plates may be transferred upon application as prescribed in Section 15.01.070 of this ordinance, including additional information as the Registrar may deem necessary, and upon payment of transfer fees and any additional registration fees. Transfer of staggered registration may require a pro-rating of registration fees at 1/12th the total cost of registration for the remaining portion of previous registration, with a credit allowed for the unused portion of previous registration.
