A registration fee as herein set forth shall be paid for all trailers drawn upon the public streets and roadways within the exterior boundaries of the Bad River Reservation, as set forth by the Tribal Council. (a) A fee shall be paid for all two-wheel utility and recreational trailers with a gross weight of less than 1,500 pounds. (b) A fee shall be paid for all other two-axle trailers with a gross weight of more than 1,500 pounds, but less than 25,000 pounds.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
