15.01.440 When Certificate of Title Required
The owner of a vehicle subject to registration on the Bad River Reservation, shall make application for certificate of title for the vehicle under the following circumstances:
(a) if he has newly acquired the vehicle;
(b) if he applies for registration of the vehicle for which he does not hold a valid certificate of title previously issued to him by the Registrar for the vehicle in question, he shall at the same time apply for a certificate of title; or
(c) A vehicle which is presently in possession.
