Any duly sworn Law Enforcement Officer, including Law Enforcement Officer of the State of Wisconsin are hereby authorized and empowered to enforce the provisions of this Ordinance and any other Ordinance of the Bad River Band and to execute and serve all warrants and processes issued by the Bad River Tribal Court under any law of the Bad River Band.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
