If any provision of this Ordinance or the application thereof to any person, business, corporation or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or application of the Ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application and to this end the provisions of this Ordinance are declared severable.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
