If a member to the Repatriation Committee is removed, resigns or is otherwise no longer a members of the Committee, he or she shall be replaced by his or her successor in the case of permanent member, or a reasonable substitute at the discretion of the Tribal Council if necessary, or succeeded by a new appointment made by the Tribal Council. When applicable, new appointees appointed pursuant to this section shall serve out the original term of their predecessor.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
