Any net in river, stream, or other navigable water within the boundaries of the Bad River Reservation shall be marked with the name of the owner and the words "Bad River" or an abbreviation thereof, indicating the tribal membership of the owner. Such marking shall be of an indelible nature and shall be placed on a red or white buoy, jug or other floating device.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
