(a) No member of the Bad River Band shall take, catch, kill, hunt, pursue, shoot, or trap, by any means whatsoever, any deer within the boundaries of the Bad River Reservation during the closed season. (b) The closed season shall extend from midnight of the night of January 31 to midnight of the night of June 30.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
