(a) Any weapons and other implements used in a commission of a breach of this ordinance, and any game found in the possession of a person believed to be violating this ordinance may be seized immediately and impounded. (b) The court may order all impounded weapons, implements, and game forfeited as to any individual who does not appear in court at the time required or who is found by the court to have committed a breach of this ordinance.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
