Any activity conducted in violation of this ordinance is declared to be a nuisance per se, and the Bad River Tribe may commence a civil suit for an order abating or enjoining the violation, and/or requiring restoration of the protected wetland or watercourse to the condition before the impact occurred.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
