The Bad River Tribe may also issue a stop-work order or withhold issuance of a certificate of occupancy, permits, or inspections until the provisions of this section, including any condition attached to a permit, have been fully met. Failure to obey a stop-work order shall constitute a violation of this ordinance.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
