In the event of conflict or disparity between any provisions and regulations of this ordinance and those contained in other ordinances with respect to a proposed activity which is regulated under both ordinances, the more environmentally protective provision or regulation shall apply. All ordinances, parts of ordinances or codes in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only to the extent necessary to give this ordinance full force and effect.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
