No member shall fish in waters less than 35 fathoms deep using net with mesh size less than 4 1/4 inches (stretch measure), except for home use purposes and in strict compliance with all home use regulation, or except within one mile of shore of the Reservation.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
