All ordinances and resolutions inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed. To the extent that this ordinance imposes greater restrictions than those contained in any other tribal ordinance, the provisions of this ordinance shall govern. All other tribal ordinances regulating commercial fishing not inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance apply to commercial fishing in the subject waters of this ordinance.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
