Any permit issued under Section 3.17.020 shall automatically cease to have any force and effect upon any of the following conditions: (a) The permittee removes from residence on the reservation. (b) The permittee ceases to have a spouse or child who is a member and for whose support he is obligated. (c) The permittee purports to revoke his waiver or consent as required by Section 3.17.010.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
