If a registration certificate is lost or destroyed, the person whose name appears on the certificate as the owner may apply for a duplicate certificate by submitting to the tribe: (a) An application on a form prescribed by the tribal conservation department; and (b) A fee of $2.00.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
