The person whose name appears on a registration certificate as the owner of a vessel shall remove the number and registration decal from the vessel when: (a) The vessel if documented by the Coast Guard. (b) The registration certificate of number is invalid under paragraph (c) of Section 3.19.140. (c) The vessel is no longer solely used on the Bad River Reservation.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
