The Tribal Council and any Tribal entity shall not be liable for any injury suffered in connection with a race, derby, trail, or route under this section. The Tribal entity hosting an event shall post the provisions of this paragraph in a conspicuous place, readily accessible to all contestants and spectators, and shall assist in locating and identifying persons responsible for injuries that may occur.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
