No tribal member shall operate, and no member who is an owner of an ATV shall give permission for the operation of any ATV, within the exterior boundaries of the Reservation unless the ATV is registered with the Bad River Natural Resources Department and displays registration decals pursuant to this chapter or is exempt from registration as is provided at Section 3.21.040.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
