(a) "At large" means off the premises of the owner or some other person caring for the dog, and not under the control of the owner or some other person. (b) "Court" means the Bad River Tribal Court. (c) "Isolation facility" means a pound, shelter, or veterinary hospital which is equipped with a pen or cage which isolates the animal from contact with other animals.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
