(a) Any officer destroying a dog shall do so in a humane and proper manner and shall dispose of the carcass in a safe and sanitary manner. (b) Any dogs impounded shall be kept in clean and dry location, protected from the elements, shall be provided with adequate food and water.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
