(a) No shall tease, provoke, or taunt an animal. (b)(1) Any person who keeps, harbors or maintains an animal shall provide adequate housing or shelter, feed and care for the animal. (2) No person shall cause unnecessary or excessive pain or suffering or unjustifiable injury or death to any animal. (c) Persons found in violation of this section shall have any or all of the penalties imposed listed at 360.10.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
