Burning permits shall be issued only after a determination by the Fire Warden that the danger to the resources will be minimized by allowing the permittee to burn if he or she complies with the conditions of the permit and takes all reasonable precautions to prevent the escape of the fire.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
