Unless extended by Council action, the provisions of Section 3 shall expire one year from date of passage of the ordinance, except that such provisions shall apply to any housing constructed during the effective period of this ordinance for one year following the completion of any such housing.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
