This chapter shall apply to all new construction, repair, renovation of commercial and residential structures owned by members, non-members, residents and non-residents undertaken within the boundaries of the Bad River Reservation and shall apply to all contractors and subcontractors undertaking the installation or replacement or repair of plumbing fixtures as prescribed in 433.2.B.Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
