9.01.040 Penalties/Forfeitures
Violation of Section 9.01.030 of this ordinance shall be subject to the following:
(a) Forfeiture not to exceed $500.00, or
(b) Recession of the contract if possible, or
(c) Barred from receiving future contracts.
