(a) The conduct of any non-licensed gaming shall be prohibited on the Reservation except: (1) Class I games presented by the tribe itself and/or any instrument of the tribal government including tribally controlled non-profit corporations. (2) Other Class I games involving no more than eight (8) persons wherein there is no sponsor or odds favoring only one particular player and individual winnings do not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
