The Tribe hereby adopts and incorporates by reference Wisconsin Statutes, Chapter 409, Uniform Commercial Code – Secured Transactions, as it may be amended from time to time (the "Wisconsin UCC9"), but subject to the exceptions and qualifications provided in this ordinance. In the event of any conflict between this ordinance and Wisconsin UCC9, this ordinance shall control. This this subchapter may be referred to as the "Tribal UCC9.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
