The Tribe hereby adopts and incorporates by reference Wisconsin Statutes, Chapter 411, Uniform Commercial Code – Leases, as it may be amended from time to time (the "Wisconsin UCC2A"), but subject to the exceptions and qualifications provided in this ordinance. In the event of any conflict between this ordinance and Wisconsin UCC2A, this ordinance shall control. This this subchapter may be referred to as the "Tribal UCC2A."Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
