Application fees, renewal fees, late payment penalties, civil penalties, administrative fines and other fees or penalties provided for in this Code shall in all cases be paid directly to the Authority. The Authority shall deposit such proceeds into an account or fund designated by the Governing Board.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
